Refund Process

If approved:
- Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued according to the original order arrangement
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Products

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this timeframe, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may no longer be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order sent by Gismo Haven
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items.
Processing Time for Returns
Returned items are typically inspected within 3 to 5 business days after delivery to our return facility. Customers will receive an update via email once the process is completed.
